We have taken nude walks on several different playas. Our favorite was the 3-mile round trip walk on Orient Beach on the island of St. Martin. In our early days of visiting, there would be dozens of nudists from Club Orient walking each morning and continued throughout the day, afternoon and evening. Several years later, there was a time window where you could do it without hassle from the French police. Then it was topless only for women and now I think the only time you can walk nude on Orient Beach is in the very early morning.
We have a couple of nude beaches nearby, Black's and San Onofre. They both offer great nude beach walks, but San O began citing nudes several years ago and we've not returned. Black's is a good nude beach walk but it's difficult for my wife to get down to the beach, so we've not been back in a while. Just about every nude beach we've been to has had a nice stretch of beach to take a walk.

When we were last at Club Orient in 2015 we were told that the Gendarmes show up at 9am so that they are there before the tourists from the ships start arriving at 10am. So as long as you timed your beach walk to be back past Pedro's before then, you were fine. We could leave as late as 8am and still be back in plenty of time.

We were last at Club O in 2009. I ran into some health issues and was going through the work comp process. By the time that all got taken care of, our family had asked us to begin planning another trip. Then Irma took out the resort before we could return. Regrettably we've not been back since June 2009. It's high on our travel list once again.

I highly recommend going back to St. Martin. The club o beach is thriving. Let me know if youre looking for a naturist friendly villa, Ive stayed at several. We generally go twice a year.

CANNOT go on the cruise to join us, so a villa might be nice.
I was in St Martin the beginning of March this year (2024). I was on Club O beach was totally naked. I was able to walk on the Orient Beach Naked. I only do it in the mornings so the PRUDS, still many, dont complain to the authorities. Walking on Club O beach Naked is great. Many lookers. I like to get up and say hi to the lookers and see the facial expressions. I sure they never thought they be greeted so nicely on a nude beach. Was fun to do.
Did some backyard and garage recon. Looking to clean out some stuff we just don't use or need anymore. Just missed the community wide garage sale yesterday. We were having some landscaping work done and it would have been a mess having them work and us trying to sell our junk.

80's today, we'll undoubtedly uncork a bottle of wine and sit on the patio!
