NDLATES WITH SIRNE Clothing-optional gentle Pilates for all mobilities Every 4th Saturday 1pm FLINTA+ 2pm All The earlier class is open to FLINTA (femme, lesbian, intersex, trans, agender) and plus ones. The later class is open to all. Pilates mat class focusing on mindful movement. We will use breath to guide exploration of our own personal anatomies, alignment, and awareness. Modifications will be offered for differing mobilities. Bring your mat and maybe a buddy or two. Reserve your spot on the Sanctuary website or purchase entry at the door.
