Nice thesis. But that's not that easy, I think. It depends on what you mean by weights. It does not depend on the weights, but on the movement with minimal stress. Rowing or swimming (back crawls) could also be good. But I think that physiotherapists should advise what and how to do it. Are you a physiotherapist?
