Hi everyone, not sure if is the right place for this?

Nude Canadian here, I had sent in a request to cancel and refund my membership, back on August 29th, renewed athen cancelled due to payment / dollar exchange rate as well as the server seems down a lot and the chat rooms, cams do not work, and haven't for some time lately.I
requested the cancellation / refund that same day within the 24hr period. and have not heard from anyone, no response..." True Nudists - Ticket has been created #----- " Please respond asap, John

Nobody has even read the ticket and it's quite frustrating with that kind or lack courtesy to it's members. I even messaged Mods and nobody replies. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I enjoy the site, love the members...but just feel it is not worth the cost, better off staying as a basic member.

Open to comments, John

    Hi John, I can understand your frustration, its really discouraging when support requests go unanswered, especially when you acted right away within the refund window. Youre not the first to mention server issues or unresponsive mods, so it does seem like theres a larger problem with how things are being managed lately.

    I think you did the right thing by documenting the ticket and reaching out here. Hopefully someone from the admin team will step up and address this soon, because members deserve timely communication. In the meantime, I agree with you the basic membership lets you still enjoy the community without the added cost or stress.

    Thanks for sharing your experience, it helps others know theyre not alone in this.
