@reamtrue please make here an announcement when you plan to go live with the new website. Thank you. Its just a project plan, nothing written in stone. For us users its nice to get an idea when you plan to go live.

    This should be interesting.

    If it stays up long enough to get a reply.

    Within just a few minutes of checking it out, I found a handful of issues. I suspect it's back to the drawing board and will be awhile.

    Well, the first three issues I pointed out have been fixed. The only thing I notice now that I hope gets fixed is in the groups and forums. There is no option to sort by latest active. I do not want to have to click on each one to see if anything new has been posted.

  •
@teamtrue
So if I already paid for lifetime membership several years ago, is that "lifetime" over now and I have to pay for another "lifetime" upgrade?
@teamtrue So if I already paid for lifetime membership several years ago, is that "lifetime" over now and I have to pay for another "lifetime" upgrade?
My account on the new site already shows as lifetime member, so I'm assuming it carries over. If it doesn't, I won't be paying again. John aka cobeachbum

    I see that the test site is showing some user's names and not their forum usernames. I don't mind that information being in my profile, but not in the open forum.

Of the six I have reported, four have already been fixed. John aka cobeachbum

For couples accounts you would be able to distinguish who is posting. But they need a way to select who is making the post (and maybe an option to leave it with the account name instead)

Both members of a couples account log in with the same credentials regardless of which one using the account. If the couple lists their names as "Ted and Alice" then they will be identified as "Ted and Alice" no matter which one posted.

Right now it just selects the first one. If that is the case, better to just stay with the account name.

    Looking over the new setup, I'm not finding any way to directly access the last page of thread. If anyone has found a way, other than clicking through multiple pages, please let me know. I have submitted a bug report addressing the issue.

    I've found a few more issues that I've submitted bug reports on. I've also notice that the site doesn't seem mobile friendly at all. Nothing but a hassle trying to navigate with phone or tablet.
