Surprisingly no. Unlike a normal steel cock ring, which I can't wear if I am likely to get hard. The glans doesn't seem to grow as much as the rest of the cock, and if I do want to take it off while hard it slips over the glans very easily. A normal cock ring cuts off the blood flow to my cock when I am hard and then I can't remove it.
