Touching The Earth: Barefoot+Naked
A Group for Nudists who prefer going BAREFOOT (in addition to Naked) whenever possible. All living things receive sustenance from the earth. Like trees rooted in the soil, we too, are connected to the earth when barefoot. One might say the earth nurtures us as the sunshine and breezes caress our naked bodies. This, in a nutshell, is as nature intended, much of what Naturism is about.
Free hiking, Australia
Return to DiscussionsI love bushwalking and hiking barefoot here, and no its not as dangerous as the tv might have you believe.
Feels so good to have the ground and rocks beneath ones bare soles.

I love bushwalking, but bare feet is not recommended in Victoria due to snakes etc. Unless one had hardy feet, sticks, branches, stones and rocks etc are going to be a challenge.

I imagine hiking in Australia akin to hiking in the desert southwest of the U.S. with it's dangerous/venomous creatures, such as rattlesnakes, gila monsters, scorpions, black widow spiders and tarantulas - just lovely!
