  • Visited with friends who are members

    5.00

I visited Bluebonnet the last weekend of July and had a great time. My hosts are members that visit regularly, showed me around the grounds and introduced me to some of their friends. Everyone I met was extremely friendly, the staff took great care of me when I called ahead and checked in at the office and even made some new friends while I was there. The potluck that day was also delicious!

Pros: Great staff and members/residents, great pool area, plenty of pool chairs, wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday

Cons: Little bit of a drive from DFW, but not too bad

  • Took part in their 5K run

I went to Bluebonnet as part of the Nude Racing Series for AANR-SW. I tent camped. I had a great time, everyone was very friendly. It was a slightly cool day so the hot tub was a welcome respite. Even though it rained the day before the race, they hauled out the grader to make sure the roads were smoothed and ruts were filled in so that one would not misstep.

    Pros: Friendly people, good amenities.

Cons: I missed the turn off the highway so maybe some signage (unless I missed that too :) )

  • My first visit

    5.00

Stopped by on way back to Houston. Enjoyed the visit. Slow day, but staff and regulars who were there couldn`t have been nicer to me. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. Wonderfully relaxing time. Hated to leave. Hope to go back soon! Ken and Pat, thanks for the hospitality! I highly recommend this place.

Pros: people, pools, hot tub, showers, decks and hiking trails.

Cons: weather on the day I visited

  • Anneversary Weekend........

    5.00

This place is great, we spent 4 days here celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. We felt welcome right from the start. The Cottage was just the right size and a lot less expensive then any night in some hotels. The residents and regulars made us feel right at home and glad we chose Bluebonnet as our destination. Great big thanks to Lourdes and Ed, and those from Bluebonnet especially Jerry and Jewels. We will return, hopefully soon..........

    Pros: The People, The facilities

Cons: No Pepsi in the vending machine... lol

  • My First Visit to Bluebonnet

    5.00

Dates: 03/15 - 3/16 For what it is worth, this was my very first visit to any nudist resort but I was very impressed. This was an early season visit that did not include a Saturday so there were no other short-term guests during my visit. For that reason I can`t offer an opinion on the social aspects. The owner is very nice and obviously cares about guests having a great experience and time while there. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and you couldn`t ask for better hospitality. The facilities were excellent. Large roomy clubhouse with a fully equipped commercial type kitche…

    Pros: Hospitality, Facilities, Cost

    Cons: None

  • Bluebonnet Nudist Park

    5.00

Our stay at Bluebonnet Nudist Park was fantastic. This being Cora`s first time ever going nude in a social setting it was great the way she adapted. In less that 20 minutes, she had lost all inhibitions and felt very free. The owner, Lourdes was a gracious and attentive host. The facilities are very modern and well kept. There are two pools, a kidney shaped hot tub, a sauna and a rec room with all of the amenities to include a wide screen TV. It also have a full size kitchen that the guess can use 24 hours a day. I recommend this club very highly and plan on going back in the near future.

Pros: This is just an all out beautiful place to visit.

Cons: The only thing that I have negative, is that I could not stay longer.
