I've been going to Island Spa for a little over a year. I find it clean and relaxing with very friendly staff. Nudity is required in the gender separated wet areas and everyone seems comfortable with it.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, not crowded, plenty of parking, well maintained

Cons: the sauna and steam are a bit too hot, the water falls are noisy and it is difficult to have a conversation.
