  I went to rock lodge first time last year after Goodland had shut down .I was happy to find this place very friendly love the country. I became a member this year can't wait till opening day

  Pros: beautiful scenery very Nice lake everyone is friendly

  This was my first trip to a club. I had been to Gunnison, Mohonk, and the Ledges but this by far my best experience. Plenty of shade or sun for anyone's preference. The lake was so enjoyable with plenty of water floats to choose from. The hiking was awesome. The best thing however were all the members. I felt at home right away.

  Pros: Plenty of sun or shade Wonderful lake Hiking trails

  Cons: Tennis and volleyball courts really looked aged.

  Well hidden location since I had trouble finding the place. Very pleasant environment with welcoming people. So very different from the urban landscape. Thank goodness!

  Pros: Good people, shaded areas

  Cons: Parking can be tight, bring your own food

  Pros: Only 1 hour from Manhattan in N. New Jersey.

  Cons: Not open in the winter...!
