I went for a day visit with a friend on a free open house weekend. The people were very friendly and happy to see us and made us feel very welcome. This is a co-op nonprofit community, and should be considered "rustic" in atmosphere. Repairs and maintenance are done by the co-op owners and so some things are not done quite so timely, but everything is fully functional It is more aesthetics that are sometimes neglected. One more note. This place is actually in Oregon, about an hour outside Portland. As of this writing, on 07-22-2011, it has been mis categorized as being in California. i have se…
Pros: Friednliest people one could wish to meet.
Cons: Swimming is in a man made lake flled with snow melt water. Very cold.
