Had the day off of work and have been wanting to find this beach for some time now. I'm mainly a home and backyard nudist but have been wanting to go to a place with likeminded people to experience this with others. Arrived a little after 9am, no issue finding a place to park near the trailhead, and set off towards the beach. I know others have said, and there's signs posted, that you can hike in the nude, I was a little nervous so stayed clothed. Passed two girls hiking out who were clothed but as I approached the beach I noticed three woman nude and enjoying the water. I found a spot, got ou…

Pros: Everyone just minds their business and enjoys themselves

Cons: One creepy guy that had left but came back when another group of females came down the trail and was kind of hiding behind a rock watching everyone.

I hiked in this morning, started at 10:20. The temperature was 92F. The hike to the falls was 30 minutes., taking the trail straight down toward the stream. There appears to be another trail that leads to above the falls. I stayed two hours, laying in the shade, exploring around a bit and climbing above the falls to check out the beach. Only saw a few people the whole time and only one nude hiking along the cliff above the falls. I hiked out nude until I got within sight of the road.

Pros: Clean, quiet on a weekday mid-day. Shade under cliff below the upper falls.

Cons: Above the upper falls has no shade.

I hike this area almost every weekend and it is absolutely beautiful. There are very few 'pervs' there and most everyone is respectful.

Pros: Being free in nature is a huge plus! There are also so many accepting people you meet there.

Cons: The biggest con is people to stumble upon this hike by accident and treat you like you are in the wrong. Just remember to be confident in who you are and most non nudist will respect you and continue on their hike.

  • One of the few nude "beaches" you can find in the Arizona desert

Very scenic canyon, sometimes only trickles of water but towards the end of the monsoon season water can be fairly ample. If you like hiking in canyons nude over rocks and boulders, this is the place.

Pros: great scenery, water fun to play in during summer monsoon season, mostly nudists frequent here. There are nice sandy areas for sunbathing.

Cons: gnats come out in droves right after monsoons are over. Can be very hot in the summer and cold mid-winter. Bring lots of water. A bit of a hike if you are out of shape. Leaving requires some steep climbing.
