Nude Gardeners

Heat and nude gardening!

99 degrees forecast. 37 degrees Celsius. High humidity. And I'm as comfortable as can be, nude digging and planting! Ice water, salted nuts and happy swearing nekkid in the garden. So foolish to try this as a textile. You agree?

Over wintering runner beans.

Dose any other members overwinter their runner beans as they are a perennial crop and after I was told about it I cut the plants down and dug up the plants last year and put them into large pots and over wintered them in the greenhouse and replanted...

Deadheading

Our roses are in full bloom here in the UK. Istarted deadheading them so that they keep flowering. Of course I did it naked. No big deal you might say. But my roses are outside the front of my house.

Got to make the veg patch bigger.

The current veg patch isn't bigger enough so it has to be made bigger so a dumping ground for old buckets etc has to be cleared including stinging nettles which are first pulled out by hand with gloves on only and dig the rest out. I will need...

Early Summer Harvest
