Naked workout

I do naked PT and naked Fitness classes. They are very popular. I dont know many PTs that do them. Do you do classes ? Which sort do you like? Any naked PTs around,?

In the late 70's early 80's there was a gay sauna in Oslo with an adjoining small training studio. I was always naked there and miss the option ever since.

Best way to workout is in the nude.
