Perhaps I can suggest this for number 3?. Heres my entry.

How about posting a letter naked, taking a picture and posting it here, have seen a similar idea on another group

Post a picture of yourself maintaining your yard, gardening, sweeping, watering, etc. Time to get off your ass and get some work done.
