I enjoy doing this as its a great way to get vitamin D and helps to clear skin of issues like rashes etc. as long as it is done in moderation. I do this for about 10-20 minutes.

It seems to me that there are many nudists who can't stand it if is below 25 C and complain that its too cold. I can take about 18 C.

I enjoy cooking nude, anyone else do the same?

Now that its the Xmas holidays, I'm a nudist on strike so that I can look good for the textiles.
