Does anyone else have the situation where you have been Certified, but it doesn't actually reflect as such? I have contacted the website twice, I have submitted a 'bug' trouble ticket, but haven't heard anything as to how to fix it,...

When we click on the chat room it keeps coming up scripts missing ? What does this mean & how can we get back into the chat room. We can use the chatroom from our phones but not laptop. Very frustrating. Thanks L&S
