This morning Ill be running the Shamrock 8K in Virginia Beach. I have run in this race numerous times over the years and always enjoy it. The route for the 8K takes you down Pacific Ave and Atlantic Ave, turn onto the boardwalk where you run back... a year ago

If you live in NC or SC and interest in an easy 5K race (flat course), then, you may want to look Whispering Pines, Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The race is Sept 16 at 10 AM. I had attend several times. 2 years ago
