I paid for membership but it is still not active
I have also been considering paying to be a life member, having been on the site most days recently. One of the attractions for me has been the video chat room and particularly the cams. There is obviously some kind of glitch - or the cams have been removed on purpose. Wouldn't it be great if there was some kind of announcement about the site issues - it would keep me interested. As it is the site now has limited appeal for me and will withhold my payment for the time being.
In response to the OP, either the site owners are busy tinkering under the hood to get things working again, or they are away or just don't care any more. A real shame if this is the case - I remain hopeful that I will be proved wrong.
I do not know if this would work, as other users have said "These people never answer" or that they never respond; But I found on the bottom of the website the Phone number for the TRUENUDISTS parent company. Maybe the owner there can tell you what to do.
From my understanding, the parent company SocialMediaCO LLC owns this websites and maintains it. And that all the owners and staff of the website here are employees there.
They appear to be based out of Phoenix Arizona USA near the TEMPE area of PHOENIX Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Yes, from what I understand, Mister Ferraria, AKA TeamTrue1 has a wife and they manage the truenudists.com website here. That's what I've read over my recent time on here.
You can read the links for yourself and I think it would tell some sort of record of their business.
The parent company of truenudists.com are not BBB accredited, though the Better Business Bureau is not the same organization that is was 40 years ago, because of a few controversies involving the better business bureau at the time.
SocialCo Media, LLC, also owns the website "TrueSwingers" and writes words saying they encourage nudists who are "Swingers" to go there instead of being on here. They write that at the bottom of the DESKTOP WEBSITE version For The Website called truenudists.com.
Very interesting story they have.
It is very different from the other Social Media sites.
They also have Israeli users on truenudists and allow people to select Israel as their location in Truenudists.
They also apparently are based in Phoenix Arizona, in the Mountain Time Zone Western States Census Area inside the United States.
I really do not know everything about them.
There is not much that I really can verify about them and the parent company of truenudists.com.
I am only a user of TrueNudists and I never worked there.
It might be a good idea to talk to someone at the contact information at the information I linked in my second post, but I am unsure as to whether they will respond or not.
I searched that information yesterday so it looks good, but I did not verify that information.
