Bots and scammers

I am just wondering why it is that so many bots and scammers are allowed to post their wares on almost each chat group, using the same transparent / sexual innuendoes. Shouldn't someone be monitoring this and deleting these fake profiles?

I agree it's getting out of hand
I've flagged up spam items constantly , but nothing gets done
