But if you suppose she was raised in a country where the rape of a 12 year old girl was considered culturally normal, then I can suppose, that girl would be denied an education to a standard of not only being completely fluent in a foreign language but also understanding the proper punctuation and grammatical structure as demonstrated in the opening post.
