Interesting that when trying to open the group from my MAC computer is is blocked because it states " Distribues Porn"

I read about that categorization online, and turns out, I had to log in on the web version of Telegram, to change a Sensitive content setting in Privacy, to allow adult content. After checking that, I was able to see the group again,

Log in to the web version, https://web.telegram.org, in order to change it.

NO the Telegram group is just fine and has 141 members in it.

Make sure you have the "accept sensitive information" allowed.
