Forty some odd years ago I drove from North Carolina to Ohio nude. Just kept bumping the heat up as I hit the mountains and didn't think to much about it...in January. Started at 80 degrees and stepped out to 15. In shorts, t-shirt and flip-flops. Thank god I didn't need much gas to get home!
Its got to be very interesting back east driving. The cooler weather has to make it harder. Here in Arizona with the hot summers we almost always drive shirtless. And many times I have driven naked. Love the long road trips. Driving naked makes it easier to stay concentrated on the road. You know giving truck drivers something to think about. Lol
Have a nudist friend that leaves his clothes 3hours away. Then drives to visit me for the weekend completely naked.
So he has no clothing available for the trip both ways an the entire weekend?
Someone on another board took it to the next level. He drove nude to a clothing optional resort in mid May, brought no clothing and stayed there until early October!

I live in NJ and it would be warm enough to drive nude about half the year. I often drive shirtless but rarely nude because I have a convertible and would rather have the top off and my shorts on than the other way around.
I have made the trip from Michigan to Moab four times now, nude 95% of the time. Interstates and back roads alike, only putting on my Kilt for fuel or rest stops if needed. Even driving through Chicago rush hour nude. You can see by the various road signs images in my pictures. I even drove in late December to my BFF's 70th birthday party from Detroit to Denver and back nude, only dressing for the motel sign-ins. Went through several drive-throughs nude. They have been my best cross-country drives. When I was working, I drove cross-country so much that it is boring to me and prefer to take the old two lanes only now, to see the country I haven't seen.
