Food catering truck!
Seeking a local with a licensed food mobile vendor setup, that has an interest in retailing food at our events, perhaps once monthly, probably the first weekend of each month, and they could set up for a Saturday or Friday through Sunday.
The vendor wouldn't have to pay a setup or any type of floor space charge, so they'd be able to keep their profits, as well as get a free event membership.
If it's someone running a vendor truck they would have to have a license in Montana.
Alternatively we could hire a cook to sell food through our Sunset Grill. That's the grill house that was formerly the clubhouse.
Both options might be possible, If serious and capable let us know. In the past few events my wife and I did the barbecuing, that went okay but with watching the gate and other things, it's kind of more than we want to tackle again on our own.
(Our other alternative is to have the events without any food service at all, which might work, but most people seem to want to have food available). It is tempting though, because without having to deal with the food, it makes hosting events a whole lot easier. So we're looking at all options at this point.

I checked them out the kabobs looked pretty tasty! Give it some thought for what month you would want to do it, we're trying to keep the Casual weekends to the first weekend of the month. Looks like you're pretty far away so it would be dependent on your availability. If you are cooking on a casual weekend it would probably be somewhere between 10 to 20 people I would guess. If we were able to do Auggie Fest or deja vu that would be a lot more, the last Auggie Fest was over 100 burgers, in the next one I think would be a lot bigger, we were making all the burgers as doubles though, we thought by giving them more food in one shot it would save time.
But yeah give it some thought as far as what month and what the cost would be per plate etc. we can keep in touch and work out the details.
