weight
well i'm not bragging ok yes i am but i've cut back snacking and eating a lot of bread products and down to 255# from 275 # my goal 230 or i'd settle for 240 . also been doing fall yard work so when i do wear pants i can tighten another hole on the belt lol although looking in mirror i still have a belly but you know that's the hardest thing to lose . i think i will really know i've lost weight and my belly when i can look down and see my penis again with a mirror. again somewhat not bragging just happy :)
interesting I made this post 3 years ago and yes I got down to 240# for about 6 month but shot up to 260# and now between 250- 255 # , it's interesting most of my friends and former co-workers mostly retired put on weight too. I ran into one former co-worker the other day I remember back in the day he ran 5-10 miles daily but like me now couldn't run 50 feet. as we age everything slows down for most of us and especially winter we hibernate . I try to get out daily even to pick up pine cones and tree limbs but I miss spring summer when I can go to camp swim , walk the trail .
