Problem reaching the site creators?

Hi
I have tried to contact the owners of the site numerous times, as Ive paid full subscription a few weeks ago, and still havent been upgraded. Is this a common problem at truenudists.com?

I am the only one with this problem? Any tips of how to reach them? (Ive tried the contact us link at the bottom of the page numerous times)

I just checked your friends list, guess what I found? Both TT1 and 2 are on your friends list! Just contact them there and see what happens.

I messaged them a few times a couple of months ago and never got a reply unfortunately, wanted to know a bit more about paid subscription but never got the info so never paid.

We're having a very difficult time getting into Chat. We've been certified members for years and have made some very good friends on TN, but now when we log on and go to Chat, most of the time, a screen comes up that says "Server Disconnected." We thought it might be our server, but we had that replaced and serviced. Now the same thing is happening, but here and on TS. What the heck is going on? Did the site owners just "take the money and run"?
