#BarefootNakedInNature
Nothing beats being naked outdoors! I love nude hikes, being one with nature. However this tenderfoot needs to wear a pair of sneakers.
Same here both when walking the dogs or hiking in the woods at our resort. At our site, by the pool, at yoga, or at dances where there is decking or flooring I can be nude and barefoot, but not on the trails.
Sorry to dive in on this thread but your comment just popped up. I agree wholly with this comment but I have to be watchless and without glasses, totally naked to fully appreciate it. If I stop somewhere in nature when running or walking and take a naked walk, I also have to leave everything at a point, no carrying shorts etc....
In deed, I also prefer to go barefoot as it feels more "round" for me this way. For me barefooting enriches the sensual impact of going bare, so to speak. It's a great experience to be out in nature and discover the ground with your feet and experience what your feet are able to. Just remember that in terms of development history we are all barefoot walkers. I'm good trained as i go barefoot in my daily life often, also when it's not possible to go naked. Made hikes up to about 25 kms on bare paws without problems. Of course it depends on the ground characteristics too, i'm not a masochist. So for unknown trails or such with known risky parts i carry a pair of "emergency footwear" in my backpack. I also don't want my usually shod hiking partners get forced to turn back or so due to my barefoot passion. Usually, the spare shoes may rest in the backpack though. On trails i know as appropriate, i waive the shoes. I highly recommend to try out going barefoot, maybe at first for a short and easy stretch as long as it feels good.
