Spain May 26th Camping Naturista Almanat

We have booked our motorhome into the Spanish naturist camp called Camping Naturista Almanat on the 26th May 2026 for 10 nights. Has anyone been there before and does anyone know if its near any towns? If anyone else is going keep an eye out for a 1988 Talbot Chinook called Mithrandir with side awning and feel free to say hi.

Hi Martin and Angela
You are less than 40 mins by car to Malaga. Could take you longer in the tourist season.
We are 3-4 hours from you up and over very wet mountains (the wettest part of Spain) towards Jerez (Sherry country).
Have a fab time both of you. Hopefully you get to enjoy hot tubbing with new friends. Keep it nude and enjoy the sunshine.

Good morning, .
Have a great camping trip. Although I have been a nudist many years I only had my first naturalist camping experience last year and loved it.
The site seem near to Nerja and Competa both are worth a visit if you can. Mlaga too.
If you pass by Cartagena let me know.

Hi again folks

You are only 2 miles from the beach at Torre del Mar, which has an abundance of bars and restaurants on the sea front. When we were there last we did a tapas crawl and it was very economical. We got an Uber home (plentiful and reasonably priced) as I found out i had a love for Spanish Vermouth. Best not to drive home!

That said, the on site beach restaurant did wonderful seafood, and a superb 'Iberico' pork chop.

I'm not booked yet, but may be on site for part of your visit if you fancy sharing a cab for a tapas crawl?

I checked out the site you're staying out, looks lovely. Might might drag myself down at some point.
I stayed at a lovely site in France last summer, nice facilities and a real back to nature feel. I'll be there again this year (escaping the big heat !)
Let me know if you need any tips for this area.
