Bizarrely after my last post on this thread I submitted my certification images for the third time (same images again) and it worked! Not sure what's going on behind the scenes but I didn't even re-upload the images, just submitted the ones they already had from the previous time. Who knows?

Im going through this right now. I follow the instructions exactly. Ive tried 7 times and gotten denied every time. I take new photos every time. They have a collection by now. I dont understand the problem.
