Unwanted sex ads
I am still trying to learn about limiting the annoying posts like that.
I have been somewhat successful but don't know exactly how I did it.
I use a combination of Personal Menu -- My Settings and a message option to report spam and inappropriate posts.
I found that most of the unwanted posts were addressed to TeamTrue1 and TeamTrue2 (the admin profiles). Everyone is by default a friend of the two admin accounts, so the posts get broadcast to everyone.
If you can't find another way, try "Un-friending" TeamTrue1 and 2.
The main site Feed is the worst, but I rarely get spam there now.

As I recall, in one of the "upgrades" the ability for group owners/moderators to delete spam posts was removed and that has not been fixed. If you are a moderator of a group and use a PC, I can give you instructions on how to reclaim the "delete" function on spam posts, but it is a bit labor intensive and has to be done on each post. Once you get the routine down, it goes fairly fast though.
