Unwanted sex ads
I am still trying to learn about limiting the annoying posts like that.
I have been somewhat successful but don't know exactly how I did it.
I use a combination of Personal Menu -- My Settings and a message option to report spam and inappropriate posts.
I found that most of the unwanted posts were addressed to TeamTrue1 and TeamTrue2 (the admin profiles). Everyone is by default a friend of the two admin accounts, so the posts get broadcast to everyone.
If you can't find another way, try "Un-friending" TeamTrue1 and 2.
The main site Feed is the worst, but I rarely get spam there now.
My personal menu Feed is fairly clean now.
The personal menu runs down the left side of the TN window when you click the "Home" button on the top of the window.

As I recall, in one of the "upgrades" the ability for group owners/moderators to delete spam posts was removed and that has not been fixed. If you are a moderator of a group and use a PC, I can give you instructions on how to reclaim the "delete" function on spam posts, but it is a bit labor intensive and has to be done on each post. Once you get the routine down, it goes fairly fast though.

are they popup ads on the sides of the page or actual posts?
the former can be addressed using a content blocker like ublock origin, or some browser that has an adblocker included, that is kept up to date.
the latter can only be meaningfully addressed by website moderators properly filtering content, which lets be honest we cant expect them to do flawlessly since they most likely maintain the site on their own free time.
while ublock can let you hide post elements based on specified text or phrases (hide post elements that all include "hot singles in your area") it is tedious and limited, and learning how to do it is a pain in the ass to begin with even for someone familiar with html and css and basic webdev stuff.

I've had no problem deleting posts in the groups I moderate. I take great joy in deleting unwanted sex spam from the group. The problem seems to be mostly about absentee moderators. I once was able to take over the moderation of one group when the moderator had deleted his account. Unfortunately, if the moderator has just not logged in for six years, it seems the request falls on deaf ears.
Everytime I bring up Truenudists, I get ads from a lot of sex sites. I don't want to see them. How do I get rid of them? It only happens with Truenudists.com, not the other sites.
What device(s) and browser(s) are you using TN? You can change browser settings and add extensions to them that block adverts. You can install adblockers on devices too, that block advertising in browsers and through other methods
Do you mean adverts that are part of the webpages, or separate pop-up adverts for these sex sites?
Depending on your answers there are various ways to stop adverts appearing?
I see very few adverts when I visit TN, the only ones that I've seen today were about becoming a paid member of TN and for nude yoga., none are for sex sites.
This is a simple way to block adverts which requires no great technical knowledge or skills. If you're using a computer -desktop, laptop - you can install the Mullvad browser. It is based on the well-known Firefox browser and has the NoScript and Ublock Origin extensions already added, these help to block adverts and many other unwanted things - https://mullvad.net/en/browser
You may find that you can't access some websites with it, because it blocks some of the tracking used by the websites to spy on users. But it works fine for TrueNudists and I can see no adverts, for sex sites or anything else that might get advertised to nudists.
They are pop-up ads that appear only on TN and one other nudist site. I downloaded an adblocker, but it's not working. I use Windows Security, do a quick scan, then the ads disappear for a while, but when I log on again, they come from out of nowhere. I'm not sure how they started, either. I don't usually click on links unless I know where they originate.
