When I'm at a beach were a swimsuit is required, I wear a thong type. Next best thing to being nude. Many beaches don't permit thongs. What do you do then?Ive not heard of this rule, what beaches?
Most beaches in NJ. All in SC. West coast beaches in FL. These are the only states in which I have been to the beach in recent years.
As has been proven many times that you post some weird unproven ideas I decided to Google search.
This was the very first thing I found
Yes, you can legally wear a thong at a New Jersey public beach, as there is no state-wide ban, though it may be frowned upon in family-oriented, conservative shore towns. While public decency laws generally prohibit full nudity, thong swimwear is typically allowed

There is no statewide ban. Many towns have local ordnance against it.

First you say many beaches, then I look it up and find there is no ban on thongs.
Now you say many towns. Are you (as usual) making this up as you go?
Ok..which towns have banned thongs?
Once I'm in the water I take mine off. No one knows I'm naked.........
I've been known to do this in lakes/rivers/ocean settings. Wrap it around my arm. Difficult to get away with in crystal clear swimming pool with lifeguards sitting up in high chairs though....
