Fall hole Saturday May 30th or Sunday May31st

I cannot travel this weekend, but I'm curious if I may have visited this place before -- is Fall Hole just a little north of Richmond, on the river that lets out of Lake Anna? If so, my memory is that there's no viable place to park and walk down to the river, and in the few time times I did attempt to visit, I don't think I ever saw another person there (mind you, with my schedule back then, I could only go there on weekdays).
