Not a new dermatologist, but a new assistant on one of my recent visits.
Assistant: Why are you here?
Me: Semiannual full body exam.
Assistant: Will you be taking any clothing off? (I was tempted to ask how I could have a full body exam with clothing on, but I didn't.
Me; Yes, all of it.
Assistant: Then take off everything but your underwear. The doctor will be with you shortly.
Since I wasn't wearing underwear, I took everything off.

You probably should be getting periodic screenings for skin cancers.

I did that exact same couple months ago with my dermatologist appt. All I said is I'm not shy and I dropped my pants.
