Inactive profiles

Here is a suggestion for the TrueNudists crew: remove all profiles that have been inactive for more than a year. It is stupid to keep all these inactive profiles here

RE:Inactive profiles

Main problem is that if a profile is deleted, all threads started by that user disappear,
There are probably threads with recent activity that were started long ago by someone who has since become inactive.
Similarly, all posts by this person disappear which means that some responses are difficult to understand when the prior post disappears.

That is a good point as one member hasn't been on for over a year (health/family reason (80 years old)) who was one of the best sites member and heavily involved in many of the UK groups so will cause problems if his posts are removed.

I would probably lose hundreds of posts if he left,

One questionable situation is the member with the second most total posts. His profile lists him as 99 years old and he hasn't been active for 7 years.

Maybe to cancel a inactive profile after one year might be too short. But a lot of profile are here which are inactive fir three years or more. I've seen profiles being in active fir 10 years and more. Those should be cancelled. These persons will never come back

Three years is reasonable. They should find a way to delete a member without losing every thread they startrd.
