Veganism will grow and win

People dont dismiss veganism because theyre cruel or careless. They dismiss veganism as a joke because theyve absorbed a set of cultural myths that make veganism look small.

Myths like:
Veganism is just a fad.
Its a diet, not a movement.
Its extreme.
Its irrational and unhealthy.

These ideas feel true to people because theyve never been taught to see veganism for what it actually is - a justice movement challenging a dominant oppressive system.

What is behind why society trivialises veganism?

When we understand the cognitive distortions in non-vegan minds that invalidate veganism, we can speak with more clarity, confidence and compassion - and help others see veganism for what it truly is: A movement grounded in justice and nonviolence.

RE:Veganism will grow and win

People don't want to confront their own cruelty so they look for any baseless excuse to dismiss those who point it out and advocate for being less evil.
