Take an AANR Poll - Is Facebook too strict with their anti-nudity policies

Many people have had nudist photos deleted by facebook. We have had photos with just bare shoulders deleted and we get a warning. It bugs the crap out of me that facebook allows groups like I hate Israel or I hate America to be on. Our allows strippers to advertise, but does not allow nudists to post photos that don't show nipples or genitals.
So take the poll for AANR. Tom says it's important to have that information to help counter Facebook.

I forgot, here's a so called "nude" photo that we posted to facebook. It was deleted and we were given a warning saying it was nude.

I've seen much worse pictures on Facebook.

I think what the problem is, is that someone or someones dislikes that you are a nudist and are constantly reporting you.

When I signed up with Facebook, I saw that terms of service regulation. I have been playing it safe and NOT submitting to Facebook, any photo that I would submit to TN. For another thing, I choose NOT to share my nudist activities with Facebook. Some of my Facebook friends are prejudiced.

Banning a photo showing only bare shoulders is going too far.

I am amazed that pic was removed. I have a friend who has several pics showing from about waist up and she is clearly nude. One is a pic of her looking out the window from a side/ back angle.

Yes, Facebook can set their own rules, but that doesn't mean they have to be hypocrits and enforce them only against nudists and other people they don't like. Look at this post: https://terracottainn.tumblr.com/post/3559165010/take-the-aanr-poll-is-facebook-too-strict-with
It shows 5 photos we have had deleted and 5 photos facebook has accepted and which are presently online. It's a shame that facebook deems breast cancer sites, breast feeding photos as obscene, yet bring on the stripper ads.
So take the AANR poll.

Hi Oregon girl, you are right. I am sure there are some people that do not like it that we are nudists and on facebook. I know we have the largest nudist following there with over 3000 fans, so we are a target.

I'm not even sure Facebook is staffed with flesh and blood human beings anymore. If it's not sent through a complaint protocol, your message will likely never be read by anybody. Or if it is, it will be sent to the recycling bin immediately. In other words, like every other large company, it has grown too large to even care.

Facebook has 500 shareholders. Is valued at $50 billion. It just received $1 billion in financing in Jan on top of $500 muillion last year.

I think as someone else said, they are too big to care. Again look at the photos we have deleted and the ones that facebook allows: https://terracottainn.tumblr.com/post/3559165010/take-the-aanr-poll-is-facebook-too-strict-with

When corporations, - or governments - become too big, policy decisions are handed down to managers, who are often overwhelmed and incompetent, therefore the enforcement of FB policies do not necessarily represent the true original goals of the founders, who are too busy making even MORE money to worry about day to day operations of the site.
As soon as a "manager" gets loose with a personal ideal of what should or shouldnt be allowed, the site becomes his to model. I doubt Mr. Zuckerberg ever actually makes an policy decisions anymore.
And yes, for the record, I have also been censored by the policies of FB. I believe the FB photo enforcement is triggered by complaints, not any FB monitior team. If you are busted for a pic, look to your "friends" to see who has reported you!
