Depending on where you are in Ohio, Avalon (near Paw Paw) WV could be close by.
This clothing optional resort is open year round (weekends in the winter) with motel like rooms, an indoor pool, and a dining room all in one building

There are three within an hour or so of Cleveland.
Green Valley in Bath, near 77 & 271.
White Thorn Lodge, near Youngstown. ( slightly preferred by me )
I think it's Alpine in Millersburg. I've not been to this one.

Have you thought of Whtie Thorn Lodge? www.whitethornlodge.org
It's one of the premiere nudist resorts in the area.
