Although I have to say there is room for more militantism in Nudism on the whole. I recall another petition, with nearly a thousand signatures, which I sent to the EU only to have it returned with a note saying "this is an issue for each nation state", and sending it to the UK (where I'm from) and having it returned with a similar reply, saying it's a "local issue", and so on. It's important to keep the idea of nudity in the open and to promote it as a socially useful activity. Hiding behind curtains is no way to further the cause of healthy nakedness. We have to take the issue to the public sphere.

I'm American, and I read the AANR thing.
Its a little too "PC" for me to sign.
It also doesn't claim a general right to go naked and not be arrested.
AANR is all about paid resorts. They really don't want people going naked anywhere else.
