Proved Fake account and no ban?

Hello, every one
One thing I do not understand in this community and that is why refuse to ban accounts that are really fake.there is an account use photos of a girl where you can find her pictures all over the internet.

I already flagged this with real proves, other member flagged her also.I can put inhere like 10 websites with her photos and accounts used on other websites with different ages and location and name.All about porn and very sexual. Some with a lot of photos.
I am not gonne put the links here, if I do that i will be the one that will be banned insteed.I do not ask you to flag her after what i write here as in theory i can say what I want and fool you also.But I have the proves. If someone want them just message me.
If someone can work with google earth and streetview I wil even show you where the real photos where taken, the exact location, streetname and number. Wirh streetview you will be able to compare where these photos come from.
Why I know this?? because I lived in the past in the same street where the photos come from. (Now I moved to another country)Why I take it so personal? Because I know the story behind these photos. these are photos that her boyfriend putted everywhere on the internet few years ago when they broke. When it happen in the same street you live it is always more personal.
Do we want this on TN??
