What are you working on right now?
Considering the lousy weather that we're all dealing with right now, I was wondering what everyone is smoking at the moment and where you've found a warm spot to enjoy it. I for example, am sitting in a warm truck behind my garage with a Romeo Y Julieta 1875, and a hot cup of coffee.
Our weather is no where near a lousy as some of you are experiencing. It is cold and rainy, currently, so I have a couple of indoor projects, such as painting the back bedroom in preparation of turning it from a exercise room into another guest room. I'm building a storage rack for my youngest grandson's Hot Wheels, out of a shoe rack. Inside projects ... NO SMOKING!
Luckily we have a covered outdoor patio and I go out there and light up a Macanudo, H. Upmann or Cheap Bastard. I smoke mostly mild cigars but there are many times I crave a Maduro or Robusto. When I smoke my gars, I usually have a little sippin' whiskey to go with it ... usually, Crown Royal.
I've also taken up pipe smoking and haven't gotten the art of packing the bowl down just yet. I keep trying and I keep trying new tobacco. I really enjoy the pipe ... just can't get the damn thing to stay lit! I will usually drink a cup of coffee while smoking my pipe. :D
Still pretty cold in ontario, have mostly be smoking a few different Ashton blends on the pipe while I'm studying. It was up to -5c today so I went outside and enjoyed most of a Nicaraguan "Vegas 5" that one of my patients gifted me.
Got my travel humidor packed and have all the hardware I need; lighters, punch, cutter ... and plenty of gars! Got my sipping whiskey as well. Looking forward to my toes in the sand and a cigar in between my lips and relaxing by the beach with my naked honey! :D
I was working on my tan! A good friend here on TN noticed that I had lost my tan after viewing a recent picture I uploaded on my profile! I figured I'd better get busy on working on that again. While doing so, I lit up a little cheap cigarillo ... a Black and Mild Wine flavor. I caught about 2 hours of sun and my wife joined me for quite a bit of it. It got too cold for her so she went back inside. I waited til the sun fell behind the trees providing our privacy from the two story next door. The breeze picked up and it got cool, so now I'm back inside and on the computer for a bit.
Hey folks, haven't posted in an ever, so. Smoked a Fuente Fuerte Belicoso last night. It was on the mild to strong side, but it was perfectly rolled and was a very pleasant smoke. My major project involves moving the exhaust duct for my cigar lounge from the chimney to a side of the house vent because my chimney is getting removed (where the vent connects now) when I have my new roof installed. So the ceiling needs to be removed, and i need to buy a QUIET inline fan to redirect the smoke quietly. Joy! Naturally I'll work on all this nude! I'll post some pics...
