Mine was bothering me a bit lately and I was doing sea salt soaks again. I took it out Saturday morning then went to put the "0" back in about 14 hours later and had to add some emu oil to do so, it didn't just slip back in.

I am cut but my advice would be to find a piercer who has done a lot of uncut PA's. I took my buddy who is uncut to my guy in Toronto. He took a long time to mark with moving foreskin up and down several times for proper placement and the usual questions, about what gauge he wants to go to in the end, additional possible piercings and grower/shower. My understanding is that your foreskin may not like the invasion of privacy at the beginning.
