You are only an hour and a bit from Turtle Lake Nudist Resort (and their beach), wouldn't it make more sense to get involved with those people who probably know your area? I suspect they would have more productive suggestions than most of us. You could also campaign to start a nude beach as others have done with some success.

Unfortunately there is no official nude beaches here but there is a couple non official nude beaches here on Lake Michigan that we go to. You can message me for more details.
