RE: What's Cooking Today

I smoked five pounds of chicken on the grill Sunday.

RE: What's Cooking Today

Today will be my version of eggs Benedict. Ham, poached eggs on English muffin and covered with melted Colby cheese since I don't know how to make hollandaise sauce. I'll add my leftover home fries from the resteraunt last night

RE: What's Cooking Today

For me today. BACON!Nothin' but BACON!By the time wifey's out of bed, I'll be ready for a sandwich and a beer.Maybe I'll just have the beer with my bacon!Did you watch the Video MOW?BTW, fried potatoes on toast? Is that a Brit thing? Never heard of it. Do you use catsup or some sauce?

Mashed potato leftover from yesterday's dinner. Put a little oil in the frying pan, when it's hot, spread the potato over the pan, about half inch thick. Fry until golden brown, toss and brown the other side. Place on top of toast and give a good splash of ketchup or HP sauce.
