nude meditation Discord group for men
If anyone would like to join a men's nude mediation group on Discord, let me know and I will send you an invite link. I do silent meditation regularly there every weekday morning for 20 minutes at 8 am EDT, and would love to have anyone join me if they are available. If there is enough interest, I'm hoping that the room will be open for several different group sittings each day, enough that most people can find a time that works for them. There are only 3 of us as full-time members right now, so that's where the limitation is at the moment, but if I can spread the word, hopefully that will be a short-lived problem. If you're still interested, I can send you the invite link, if you have a Discord account, you can just add this room to your existing chat rooms.
I have a regular meditation practice. Zen. although I am in a number of zoom groups where I have to have a shirt on, what is below the waist is no ones concern. naked meditation just seems natural and keeps me in touch with my body and mind
