Experience at Cypress Cove
Hey John. I have never been there, only to playalinda and apollo. However I plan a trip there
in a few weekends, as it is bound to be less crowded and with better parking, and closer, than
the beach. No substitute for the Canaveral beaches, but a good alternative. I have heard only
good things about it.
I have been there a few times in the past and always loved it! There are two pools, one of which is for adults only! There a beach on a lake where you can canoe or paddle boat! There are also apartments for rent, hiking trails and camping grounds, a couple of restaurants, a jacuzzi and massages are also available. Check out their website to find out more! Hope you enjoy yourselves!
What are your experiences at Cypress Cove? Is it a nice place to go walking or hiking? Looking to give it a try.
Walking yes, hiking no.
To ME hiking means out in the woods or nature, there is very little of that at Cypress Cove. They are intentionally designed to not have areas where there is enough privacy outdoors where people can 'misbehave'. There are however plenty of roads where you can take a nice long walk. The road around the outer perimeter is 1.4 miles, and there are several cross streets inside that loop.
