Open House July 8-9

Well, I made it to White Tail Resort Saturday and renewed my membership. I was impressed that after 12 years away, when Bob saw me, he remembered my name. That was very cool!

I was out by the pool and got some sunburn.

Everybody seemed pretty friendly to people they knew, but for someone who is shy and not there with someone, I can't say it was very welcoming. I made the effort to say "Hi" to probably 7 or 8 people--which is a lot for me--but nobody seemed very interested in having a conversation with someone they didn't know. This may just be due to the business of the open house. I'll see how it is next week.
