It is August 4. Their Farcebook page is publicly viewable ' so Mark Zuckerberg doesn't have to make money off your information to get info on this one (Hello Columbus?) They announce the start location and time a few days before the ride.
I was there last year.
Since I have family in the area, this ride is one I will break my recent policy to not do repeat rides and do this one annually. I will be there

Philly posts the date way in advance so it should be easier to plan to be free that day.
