Busted
I've been out to the Salt Lake Shoreland Preserve many times and hiked nude. Today didn't turn out so well. There were two women who I kept more than 100 yards away and hiked nude. Somehow they decided I was nude and called the police. They arrived and I received a citation for a misdemeanor for lewdness though I have no idea how they knew I was nude. Maybe they had a long lens on their camera. I'll find out the punishment next week sometime. I may have to go to court. For you, just be careful.
plead not guilty and make the women come to court and testify , make them explain how they saw you nude at that distance .did the police officer see you nude ? I use to enjoy hiking nude had a few parks I could go hike and one I still do . but now days cellphones with cameras it's chancy , I carry a pair of tan slip on shorts I lay over my knapsack for easy access and been caught a few times most were cool others not so .
The ladies used binoculars and the cops did not see me. From the punishment they wanted for me, $500 to rape prevention and a 2000 word document about No means No, I assume they are very involved in helping people who have been raped or they were raped themselves. I feel sorry for them. I did not have to pay the extra fine or write the paper.
