Nothing. I always sleep naked. Doesn't matter the weather. I tried wearing shorts but that lasted about an hour lol.

I started sleeping naked at around 9 or 10 it just felt better and my parents didn't mind what I wore to bed as long as I was in bed at bed time. I've been sleeping nude for so long now I cannot sleep any other way and don't want to.

I started sleeping nude around 14. I had to keep pj's close by because mom would have been extremely mad if she found out. She was very old-school and you had to be appropriately dressed at all times, and that also meant when sleeping. She never knew. For me now that has been about 48 years. Can't stand to have to wear anything in bed.
